Excellence in Rep Support Award Given to Sanyo Denki America Employee
Torrance, CA – Veronica Garcia, Inside Sales for Sanyo Denki America, has been selected for the Pinnacle Marketing’s Jaime Koroslev
Excellence in Rep Support Award for 2009. Veronica was presented the honor by Jeff Otsuji, National Sales Manager for Sanyo Denki
America, on behalf of Pinnacle Marketing during an award ceremony held at Sanyo Denki’s Torrance, CA facility. This recognition, established
in 1996, has been made annually by Pinnacle Marketing, a Southeast Manufacturers’ Representative Firm, to an employee of one of their
principals who they feel has unselfishly supported their sales efforts during the year. It’s named in honor of the Pinnacle Marketing’s
late employee Jaime Koroslev, who was a model sales person and advocate of superior customer service.
In presenting the award, Mr. Otsuji stated we have pushed our team very hard to be best in class and we will continue to make strides to be even better. Since this award is a testament to Sanyo Denki’s commitment to customer service, Mr. Otsuji noted he is exceptionally proud of Ms. Garcia as a member of his Inside Sales Team. Echoing these remarks, Pinnacle’s Susan Davis stated, Veronica has become a valuable asset in managing Sanyo Denki’s business. She is pleasant, courteous, and prompt in her replies and does not fail to follow up. For sure, 2009 was the most challenging year in many decades and having exceptional principal customer service support makes a difference in a down economy.
